All products are handmade to order and send from El Salvador. Orders may take up to 1-2 working weeks to be shipped. If your order is subject to an extended dispatch time, you will receive notification of your new estimated dispatch date after your order has been placed. 

EL SALVADOR (Domestic) 

Once shipped, your order will be sent with the option you choose 

• C807 Express using their tracked service and will arrive in 1-3 working days. To track your order click here and insert your tracking ID. 
• Correos El Salvador using their tracked service and arrive in 3-5 working days. To track your order click here and insert your tracking ID.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship worldwide! However, we do reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is deemed potentially fraudulent by our payment system or our team. International shipping prices vary by country and the weight of your order. If you’d like to learn more about the shipping costs for your order, simply head to the checkout page and enter your shipping information.

When a package is delivered internationally, it may be subject to duties, taxes, customs duties, and/or handling fees by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. The customer is responsible for paying these charges.

• DHL, delivery times vary according to the region 

America: 3-4 working days 

Europe: 5-6 working days 

Asia: 6-7 working days 

Africa and Oceania: 7-8 working days
