RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

We advise customers against ordering multiple units of the same item for size comparison or try-ons, as it contradicts our commitment to made-to-order practices. 

Local

Return Policy

Customers must initiate return requests within 2 days of receiving their package. The items must be unworn and in perfect condition. To request a return, send an email to [email protected] or a message on social media explaining your case. Upon approval, we will provide a return address. The customer is responsible for the return delivery costs. Once we receive and approve the return, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method, excluding the original shipping cost. 

Exchange Policy

Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of receiving the package, with the items in unworn and perfect condition. To request an exchange, send an email to [email protected] or a message on social media explaining your case. You will be required to pay $5.5 in advance to cover the cost of the exchange. Upon approval, we will provide a solution and send the exchanged piece as soon as possible. During the exchange, the old piece must be handed over to the delivery person. Exchanges due to a brand error (e.g., wrong size, color, or model) will be covered by us. 

Please note that any faults reported after 2 days of receiving the item, will be deemed as general wear and tear.  

Dale Pues Wear reserves the right to refuse any refunds or replacements for fault items that does not meet our requirements. 

International

Returns, refunds or exchanges for international orders are not guaranteed. For more information or inquiries regarding international returns and exchanges, please send an email to [email protected] or a message on social media. 

We strongly discourage customers from ordering multiples of the same item for size comparison or try-ons due to our made-to-order efforts and the high cost of international shipping and taxes.
